I came to be involved in Social Housing by establishing a Hostel for the Homeless in the late 1980’s, which highlighted the problems of vulnerable Adults with Drug -Alcohol and related Mental Health Issues.
This Project was later taken over by the Probation Service.
A Residential Rehab. Unit was inaugurated during this time with accommodation for twelve adults in spacious double bedrooms with part ensuite facilities, with a communal dining room a separate lounge, games room and laundry facilities.
This Registered CQC Service was operated until 2006 then sold to a larger group looking to expand.

All contained in the main project building with a further four flats in an adjacent property sited within our domain.
